Project Overview

Equestrian lifestyle brand Callidae asked me to transform a vintage Airstream into a mobile showroom, an oasis from the heat and bustle of the horse shows it would inhabit, and a physical expression of the brand's core identity: simple, highly functional forms with impeccable attention to detail.Every material choice reinforced that identity, from the Naugahyde and bouclé upholstery to the custom sconce lampshades.

Storage was integrated into the bench seating, and a set of road-ready furnishings were designed to secure for travel using Callidae's signature webbing and buckles.

Playful details like the custom ‘saddle tables’ captured the balance of function and wit that defines the brand, and like all Callidae products, the trailer is built for the long ride.
